APPLICATION

Each patch includes a premium heat-activated adhesive backing and can be attached using a heat press, household iron, or sewing.

BASIC HEAT PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

(For best results, a heat press is recommended. Household irons can also be used with firm pressure.)

1. Set temperature to 300–320°F
2. Pre-heat the hat or material for 10–20 seconds
3. Position patch on the surface
4. Cover patch with parchment paper or a silicone pad
5. Apply firm pressure
6. Press for 45 seconds
   
7. Allow the adhesive to fully cure before wearing

Installation methods and materials can vary. We recommend testing heat settings on scrap material first to ensure proper results.

IMPORTANT

DO NOT apply heat directly to the surface of the patch.  Always cover the patch with parchment paper or a silicone pad before pressing.
